The Operator seat is designed for back-office and operations staff who need to manage documents, view analyses, and track projects — but don't need AI generation capabilities. It requires at least one active Starter or Professional seat on the account.
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. You are billed once per year. If you add seats mid-cycle, the additional cost is prorated for the remainder of the annual term.
