The terms governing your use of the mmentum platform.
By accessing or using the mmentum platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Firm administrators are responsible for managing User access and permissions within their organisation.
You must notify us immediately at security@mmentum.me if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to:
Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to documents you upload, analyses you generate, and deliverables you export. mmentum does not claim ownership of your content.
You grant mmentum a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., parsing documents, running analyses, generating exports). This licence terminates when you delete the data or close your account.
The Service includes AI-powered features that generate analyses, summaries, and recommendations based on your uploaded content. You acknowledge that:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. You authorise us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment with a 20% discount. Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the remaining term. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period for existing subscribers.
You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and all workspace data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably determine that your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of egregious violation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mmentum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £500.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
